Help & Support

We’re a small team and we read every message.

The fastest way to reach us is by email. Tell us what you were trying to do, what you saw instead, and the device you’re using — that’s usually enough for us to get started.

Before you write

A few quick checks fix most issues without waiting for a reply:

  • Make sure the app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Confirm you have a working internet connection.
  • Try signing out and back in from Settings → Logout.
  • Restart the app, and if it persists, restart your device.

Reporting a bug

To help us reproduce a bug, include:

  • What you were doing when it happened.
  • What you expected, and what actually happened.
  • Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
  • The Botchi app version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible.

Account, billing, and energy

For questions about your subscription, energy budget, or billing, email support@botchi.ai from the address on your Botchi account so we can find you.

Subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancellations and refunds for store purchases are handled by the store you used to subscribe; we’ll happily walk you through the steps if you’re not sure where to look.

Privacy and data requests

Most of your data — chats, files, memory — can be inspected or deleted directly inside the app. For account deletion details, visit Account Deletion. To request a data export or exercise other privacy rights, email info@sealo.app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Security disclosure

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to info@sealo.app with the subject line “Security”. Please give us a reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before any public disclosure.

Response times

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Complex issues may take longer; we’ll keep you posted while we look into it.
