Account Deletion

Delete from the mobile app

Open Botchi, go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account, and confirm the destructive action. This permanently deletes your Botchi account, app data, connected-service tokens, and WorkOS user.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@botchi.ai from the email address on your Botchi account with the subject "Botchi account deletion". We may ask for verification before processing the request.

What gets deleted

• Account identity and profile data.
• Chats, files, voice messages, memories, and assistant profile.
• Connected-service tokens, tool permissions, and app settings.
• Push notification tokens and in-app operational state.

What may be retained

Some billing, security, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required by law or store/provider obligations. Store subscriptions must still be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Reset instead of deleting

If you only want to start over inside Botchi, use Settings -> Account -> Reset account. Reset clears app data and connected tools but keeps your login, subscription, and billing history.
