Plans run on Sparks.
Sparks are the one unit behind AI work in Botchi. Every plan includes an allowance each billing cycle; a Business team draws from one shared pool, and Usage shows where it went.

A Business account shares a single balance. Each billing cycle it drains in the same order.

Included allowance
Each paid seat adds 10,000 Sparks per billing cycle to one pool for the whole account. It is used first, and whatever is left resets when the cycle ends.

Reserve
Once the allowance is used up, work draws from Sparks bought as top-ups. They carry over from cycle to cycle and never expire.

Empty pool
With both empty, new AI work does not start until the owner tops up or the next paid allowance begins. The dashboard points to Billing or the owner.
Cost follows the work.
There is no fixed price per message. What a run does, and with which model, sets what it uses.
Chat
A short question can use few Sparks. The model, the length of the conversation and the tools used set the actual cost.
Agent runs
An agent can take up to 120 AI steps per run; the limit is on steps, not Sparks. The cost reflects the work it actually does.
Workflows
Each run draws for the work it did. Inputs, branches, loops and the models chosen can change the cost from one run to the next.
Documents and research
Polished PDFs, decks and multi-source research take more steps than a quick answer, and more Sparks.
Images and video
Studio shows the estimated Sparks before each generation. Video is by far the most expensive thing an agent can produce.

Spend stays governed.
The owner holds the controls; everyone else spends within them.
Member limits
The owner caps how many Sparks a member can use per billing cycle, one by one or as a default for every non-owner member. A capped member sees their own allowance in the mobile app.
Top-ups
Only the owner buys team top-ups, from 10,000 to 500,000 Sparks at a time, in steps of 1,000. Billing shows the subtotal before checkout, where tax is added.
Auto top-up
Attempts a recharge when the pool drops below your threshold, with an optional cap per cycle. Sparks enter the reserve after payment succeeds.
When auto top-up stops
An unpaid invoice or the cycle cap pauses it. After three failed charges in a row it turns off until the owner enables it again.
Every Spark has a source.
Usage shows member activity alongside account-level work, all drawing from the shared pool.
Usage
Breaks consumption down by member and by day, with account-level work such as the dashboard Assistant in its own row. Every dashboard member can see it.
Triggered workflows
Scheduled, webhook and event runs count toward the member who last edited the workflow, and draw from the shared pool.
Each run
Agent and workflow lists show the average Sparks of recent runs. Agent runs show total Sparks and tool activity; workflow traces show Sparks for individual steps.

- What is a Spark?
- The one unit Botchi uses to meter AI work: chat, agent runs, workflows and Studio. Every plan includes an allowance each billing cycle, and top-ups add more.
- How many Sparks does a plan include?
- Business includes 10,000 Sparks per paid seat each billing cycle, pooled across the account. Personal includes 6,000 Sparks each cycle, and extra Spark packs are bought in the mobile app.
- What happens when I add a seat?
- When the invitee accepts, the new seat is charged and its 10,000 Sparks join the pool for the current cycle. Reusing a seat already paid for this cycle adds neither a charge nor Sparks.
- Do unused Sparks carry over?
- The included allowance resets at the end of each cycle. Sparks bought as top-ups stay in the reserve and never expire.
- What happens when Sparks run out?
- New AI work waits until the owner tops up or the next paid allowance begins. Auto top-up can refill the reserve first, unless a charge fails or the cycle cap is reached.
- Do Sparks work without a subscription?
- No. AI work needs an active subscription; Sparks left in the reserve do not replace it.
